Spohn Health System Credit Union is required by law to provide our members with this privacy notice and explain how we safeguard your personal financial information. Protecting personal information and using it in a manner that meets our members expectations is a high priority for everyone associated with Spohn Health System Federal Credit Union.

We are committed to providing our members with superior products and uncompromising services.  Because of this commitment, we have entered into agreements with other companies to assist with member services.  To protect our members' privacy, we only work with companies that provide the same level of privacy as Spohn Federal Credit Union.  Under these arrangements, we may disclose information necessary for our service providers to act on our behalf.  Our Service providers are not permitted to provide this information to third parties.

We may also disclose information as permitted or required by law. These disclosures include the information required to conduct the business of the credit union.  Also included, is information required by law through the action of a subponea.  Closed membership records are given the same protection as active member records.

Spohn Health System Federal Credit Union maintains security procedures to ensure that member information is protected. These procedures are audited and tested by our Supervisory Committee and outside auditing firms for their integrity. Our employeess understand the  importance of member privacy and they are trained to comply with these procedures.
